The 1J1001 4 to 1 BNC Converter is used to connect a Wayne Kerr 6500 analyzer to the Device Under Test using a single BNC connector. This is useful when the connection terminal of the DUT is a single BNC, such as some antennas. The outer of the single BNC is isolated.

The 1012 fixture makes a 2-terminal measurement to end contact surface mount devices and is suitable for medium and high impedance devices.

The 1014 fixture makes a 4-terminal measurement to end contact surface mount devices and is especially suitable for low impedance devices.

The 1J1015 Conventional Body 2-Terminal High Current Fixture is used to connect a Wayne Kerr Analyzer (3255B or 3260B) and DC Bias Unit (3265B) system to a conventional body Device Under Test and pass up to 125 A DC bias current.

The 1J1016 SMD 2-Terminal High Current Fixture is used to connect a Wayne Kerr Analyzer (3255B or 3260B) and DC Bias Unit (3265B) system to a surface mount Device Under Test and pass up to 125 A DC bias current.

The 1020 Fixture is used with the 6500 series, and when used with the /K Materials Test firmware option allows the permittivity of the Material Under Test (MUT) to be calculated automatically.It allows both the Contacting Electrode and the Non-contacting Electrode Methods to be used up to a maximum frequency of 30 MHz.

The 1J1022 Liquid Fixture is used to make accurate dielectric constant and impedance measurements of liquid materials. When used with a Wayne Kerr 6500 analyzer then the 1J1002 4-2 BNC Converter (available separately) must also be used.

The 1023 adaptor allows 2-terminal accessories to be used with 4-terminal analyzers, such as the 4300 and 6500, which do not have a 2 Term/ 4 Term switching facility on their front panel.

The 1024 fixture makes a 2-terminal measurement to small body end contact surface mount devices and is suitable for medium and high impedance devices.

The 1025 probe allows a 6500 to make ground referenced impedance measurements. In normal use the 6500 is unable to measure components which have one terminal directly referenced to ground, but the 1025 Probe is the solution to this restriction.

The 1026 fixture is used with 6565 DC Bias Units to mount conventional DIL devices for testing up to 20A.

The 1027 fixture is used with 6565 DC Bias Units to mount conventional DIL devices for testing up to 40A.

The 1028 fixture is used with 6565 DC Bias Units to mount conventional DIL devices for testing up to 60A.

The 1031 adaptor is used with 1026, 1027 or 1028 fixtures to allow 2-terminal connections to bottom contact surface mount devices for testing up to 60A.

The 1032 fixture makes a 2-terminal measurement to bottom contact surface mount devices and is suitable for medium and high impedance devices.

2 Terminal conventional fixture which can take 200A bias current. It can only be used on 3260+3265 system.

The 1037 Adaptor provides SMA interface connectivity from a 6565 to a remote test head, such as a SMD taping machine.

The 7010 Transfer Standard Kit consists of conventional body transfer standards which must be used when extension cables or different fixtures (to the 1011 supplied with the unit) are used with a 6500. They allow the open circuit, short circuit and HF compensation routines to be performed.

The 7012 terminator kit must be used with fixtures which do not have the 6500 terminating components built into them. The kit consists of 4 BNC female to male adaptors.
